The room was a nice size and fully-equipped with a multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a writing table. All the employees were extremely helpful and very amiable. - the location of the property was quiet, close to the center of Basel.

Thank you all for a very nice stay for 11 nights. Magnificent central location near airport, Close to tram and train station. It also was right next to a fabulous bakery. This hotel met requirements in every way, strongly recommend: )

Nice room, wonderful kitchen, big bathroom. Easy to find, convinient parking, quick internet.There everything you need in the kitchen to prepare something to eat.

It's awful smell from the restorant on another side of the street! And there is no hairdryer(((

The apartment was well-appointed and modern, with a comfortable bed and microwave. the location is perfect, close to public transportation, Novartis Campus, and tram stop 11.

Good location for the airport. Hotel was recently renovated - however with low budget.

Neighbourhood. We were refused the taxi service to the airport by the most taxi companies in the area- without reason.

The after hours check in was a great benefit since we were unexpectedly delayed, even past the "after hours" time we projected. It was easy and worked exactly the way the confirmation email indicated it would! Thanks!!

Since we arrived after hours, we were not sure where to park. Maybe adding a note about parking in the after hours checkin material would be helpful to other travelers.

This place has convenient building and rooms with nice decoration in a great location next to an amazing bakery.

The units are well-appointed, modern on the upper floors. Excellent service and the food is fresh. A particularly good location, we would definitely come back.

The building design when I first approached along Rue de Bale on foot was surprisingly impressive. I was waiting to be disappointed when I got inside. However I was very impressed with the lobby and dining room design, then the spa and my room. Two female staff members when out of their and kindly assisted me with inquiries on directions. The manager was very supported of a problem I had with lost credit cards I was offerred the telephone to contact a card company in Australia. He even assisted with managing the call on my behalf to resolve the issue, preparing to use his own cedit facility. This was a person prepared to assist beyond resonable expectation. Did not even charge for a rather lengthy phone call after I offered to pay

Perhaps mixed friuts to put on cereal for breakfast.

I had really nice days staying at this hotel. the room was well-appointed and brand-new with extremely comfy beds. - the service was very good in my opinion. - the pool was nice and the views were panoramic. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the room was modern and comfortable, with incredibly cozy beds. the service was excellent, and I was impressed with the facilities, including the pool and the stunning panoramic views.

The breakfast here was enjoyable, especially with the bakery items. the staff were really accommodating and friendly, which made our experience even better! 🥐

The bed in the room is so bad. I can't sleep well each night. When two people sleep in the same bed no one can move without disturb the other.

It was a serviced apartment. Had a microwave and a fridge. Comparitively cheaper, though not in Switzerland it was a 2 minute walk into Switzerland from France. :)

Staff could only give directions for Tram no.11 to go to city, not much tourist info. Was a bit far from City center.

Good location. 100 meters from Swiss Frontier, next to tramway to Basel city center. Clean room and shower, kitchinette and refrigerator. Value from money good!

Bathroom somehow small and almost no place to store personal effects.

The hotel is extremely convenient, located in a safe area just off the French autoroute and Switzerland town center. I found great value for money with a room on the upper floors. the staff was responsive and the fresh food was a plus. the central location is convenient, and I enjoyed having brunch at the nearby Perron Bar & Restaurant.
